Welcome to the 2023 Great Start Network Annual Convening! Our theme for this year is: Honoring the Past, Celebrating the Present, Embracing the Future.

Over our two-day in-person convening, you will find a variety of dynamic sessions and networking opportunities.

Tuesday, August 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (registration from 9:00-10:00 a.m.)

We start our time together on Tuesday with a welcome message from MDE, followed by keynote speaker Dr. Paul Elam. We will then move into Lunch & Learn, followed by breakout sessions.

Wednesday, August 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

On Wednesday we start the day with Breakfast and Learn at 8:00 a.m. We then move into our closing keynote speaker Dr. April Baker-Bell. We finish up our time with peer-to-peer learning opportunities. 

We look forward to spending this time together!
